"The issue was how to represent communication, while not communicating. As I wrestled with these weighty concepts, it struck me that I needed to disrupt the image itself. The image should try to undo itself. Two heads facing, or talking to each other ('Keep Talking'), making a third face, which would get in the way both visually and literally.
